Delegates are welcomed to attend this four-day sprint, or any days they're available from 8th-11th July. Taking place at Newcastle Racecourse, we’ll be looking at how we can streamline the processes involved with the transportation and handling of sample bottles, from the moment they land in the laboratory, to when the bottles are disposed of.
The key points of this sprint will be re-imagining the use of trolleys used in transporting bottles around the lab, considering new and improved systems for tracking and storage of samples in-line with our rigorous quality control system and regulatory requirements, and looking at the ways in which bottles are disposed of at the end of their lifespan. With health and safety being at the forefront of everything we do, we’ll also be taking into consideration the human factors at each stage of the process.
This sprint will be of interest to those working in laboratory environments, logistics teams and manufacturing companies as well as occupational health and health & safety specialists, Analytics teams, Business process improvement teams and Supply chain innovators who have potential solutions.
