James Harper obituary

James (known as Jim) Harper died on the 20 June 2023 after a short illness.
He had been a member of the 新月直播app下载 since 1961 and was a life member.
In 1956 Jim started his career at Ciba Geigy, Trafford Park, Manchester as an Industrial Chemist and obtained his professional qualifications. During that time, he also spent six months working for the head office in Basel, Switzerland.
In 1991 he joined Croda, in Leek, as Technical Manager where, using his depth of knowledge and experience, his role was to develop a self-sustaining R & D Department and bring modern approach operations to the site.
He is survived by two children Karen and Alastair plus five grandchildren.
