The Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry Group is one of the RSC's many Interest Groups. The Interest Groups are member driven groups which exist to benefit RSC members, and the wider chemical science community, in line with the RSC's strategy and charter.
Scope
This is an interdisciplinary group for chemists interested in any aspect of macrocyclic chemistry or supramolecular chemistry.
Activities
The Group holds an annual two-day scientific meeting in December or January and an annual one-day early career scientific meeting the summer. In 2017, the annual scientific meeting was combined with the International Symposium on Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry Symposium held in July in Cambridge. Accordingly, the early career meeting was held in December 2017.
