Your staff were friendly, smart, efficient and flexible to the needs of the guests. They are a tribute to your managers. The library and the anti-room are a superb venue and the tables were beautifully decorated. The food was excellent and well served. The quality of the lamb was amazing, and everyone enjoyed the little surprise that came with the dessert.
