We synthesized two derivatives of Y6, namely Y-TNF and Y-TN. Compared to Y6, these two derivatives possess fluorinated and non-fluorinated extended terminal groups, respectively. Y-TNF exhibits a red-shifted absorption compared to Y-TN, a narrower bandgap, and a better matched energy level to the donor material PM6.
Submissions
Submissions are initially assessed and taken through peer-review by our high-profile, internationally-recognised Associate Editors. The journal operates a single-anonymised peer review model, and a minimum of two reviewer reports are required for all manuscripts accepted for publication.
Embracing research at the nexus of energy science and sustainability
More than ever, collaborations that cross the scientific community are forming to tackle global energy sustainability concerns. Your ideas could be part of the solution.
Energy Advances is a multidisciplinary journal that publishes research across a broad scope of topics, and welcomes work that contributes to developments throughout energy science and related fields.
To ensure your research benefits from maximum exposure, the journal is gold open access, removing the barriers to knowledge and making ideas more easily discoverable, while remaining free of charge until mid-2024.
We offer an inclusive home to advances across the spectrum of energy science – from central concepts to exciting research at the nexus of subdisciplines.
Energy Advances underpins the RSC’s family of dedicated energy science journals – Energy & Environmental 新月直播app下载, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, and Sustainable Energy & Fuels.
Our world is becoming more complex, and transformative changes are being felt at an increased pace and intensity. For me, the journey into the future, this vast undiscovered country, makes it so much more important to support the energy research community with inclusivity and robust scholarly science. The RSC has earned the reputation of being a champion of publishing quality, and I am excited to contribute towards the open access transformation.
