11 February 2025 18:00-19:00, United Kingdom

Introduction
In celebration of International Day of Girls and Women in ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥appÏÂÔØ, the Management Interest Group is thrilled to be hosting a  webinar with a trailblazer who has combined her passion for chemistry and data to become the Vice President of Disease Intelligence and Epidemiology at Global Data.

Tina Taylor gained a First-Class Honours Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry from University College London and started her career at Evotech in drug discovery before moving to GSK as a  research chemist working in the drug discovery medicinal chemistry unit.  Tina will share how she pivoted from bench chemist to data scientist which eventually led to her being appointed as Vice President of Disease Intellience and Epidemiology at Global Data.

Tina has a deep understanding of competitive landscapes across various disease areas with expertise at formulating strategic roadmaps for key commercial decisions. In her role, Tina serves as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical companies, delivering actionable data-driven insights, and introducing innovative analytical solutions and deliverables. Tina is adept at managing high-performing teams, identifying practical solutions, and pitching new perspectives to challenges. She is a results-orientated leader with a track record of managing large teams (50+) and projects in market research and insights, competitive intelligence, and forecasting.

In her own words "Having loved Organic Chemistry during my A' Levels, it was a pleasure (and hard work!) to complete a Masters degree in Medicinal Chemistry and to later work as a Medicinal Chemist with a big Pharmaceutical company; to see everything I'd learnt in practice for potentially making future medicines to help patients. Now, while I'm no longer working in the laboratory, I cherish the learnings I obtained during those years and the ability to have broadened my knowledge and skillset beyond the lab. I hope to inspire other Chemists as they embark on a wonderful career and journey."

Please join us for what will be a truly inspiring webinar.

Attendees will receive an attendance certificate as evidence of CPD.
