Annual meetings of the group are designed to promote biomaterials chemistry research and development, enhance existing links, foster new collaborations, and spread expertise. Meetings give participants the opportunity to share their latest work, new technologies and methods, and help to shape the future of research in this important and vibrant area of chemistry. Each year we welcome around 100 registrants for the annual meeting from academia and industry.
We invite abstracts for both posters and oral presentation, alongide sponsorship to link up closely with appropriate industries.
We have confirmed keynotes from:
Prof. Cameron Alexander, University of Nottingham
Prof. Carole Perry, Nottingham Trent University
Dr Adrian Boyd, Ulster University
Dr Amanda Pearce, Loughborough University
This year we are also hosting companies who want to demonstrate equipment to registrants with their samples, giving you the opportunity to test out specific equipment with the experts from industry, talking through prospective projects and requirements, and analysing data obtained whilst you are at the event.
More information on this and the companies involved can be found on the event website, please use the link on this page.
