Our speaker for this year's RSC East Anglia Gourmet Dinner is Dr Jane Parker, from The Flavour Centre, University of Reading. The Flavour Centre provides high quality services to industry, including flavour consultancy, contract research, analytical services and training courses. Her talk, entitled "An exploration of flavour", will be followed by dinner at the Edmunds Restaurant, in West Suffolk College. RSC East Anglia Section members are encouraged to attend the AGM.
