Chemotherapy is the most common cancer treatment. Advances in the fields of polymer chemistry and nanotechnology have allowed the development of new approaches for the specific delivery of chemotherapeutics. In this talk, Sean Flynn from the University of Liverpool will present an overview of the current barriers and opportunities facing cancer researchers and will discuss the key findings from his postgraduate research.
