Introduction

This event, now in its twelfth year, is designed to develop closer links between the scientific community in Wales and the National Assembly for Wales and the Welsh Government.

ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥appÏÂÔØ and the Assembly is organised in cooperation with a number of sister societies and professional bodies, including the:
• The Royal Society
• Institute of Physics
• Society of Biology
• Campaign for ÐÂÔÂÖ±²¥appÏÂÔØ and Engineering
• The Royal Astronomical Society
• Society for General Microbiology
• The Learned Society of Wales
• Geological Society


This year's scientific presentations are based on the theme of: Energy and the Environment
• 11.00am - 12.45pm The Senedd (Neuadd and Oriel): Registration, Exhibition and Lunch
• 1.15pm - 5.30pm The Pierhead: Scientific Presentations
• 5.45pm - 7.30pm The Senedd: Buffet Reception with Assembly Members, and Exhibition
